 Major Gift/Annual Fund Evaluation 
The Major Gift Evaluation service offered by Sequoia Philanthropic Partners reviews all aspects of major giving and develops a comprehensive plan for increasing annual, major and planned giving contributions.  The includes three one-hour interviews with the chief executive officer, the senior development staff person and the Board president or chair.  Additional 30 minute interviews are conducted with up to three additional staff or volunteers. The final report will include an analysis of information gathered in the interviews, an initial prospect list, recommendations of elements to implement in the next six months and a suggested timeline for implementation. The report will be orally reviewed with the CEO and Board Chair and President.                                            

 

Interim Development Services

Sequoia Philanthropic, LLC provides interim development services, focused on major gift relationships and high end annual fund donors for those organizations who need interim support.  Organizations who have experienced development professionals on medical or maternity leave, or those who are in between development directors or major gifts officers greatly benefit from the services provided by an experienced development professional.
